Radicle Earth provides educational and consulting services designed to support individual and collective transformation in the context of climate, culture, and care. Our content and services are for informational purposes only and should not be interpreted as medical, therapeutic, legal, or financial advice.
Engagement with Radicle Earth does not establish a clinical or fiduciary relationship. Results are not guaranteed, and clients and participants accept full responsibility for any decisions, actions, or outcomes resulting from their participation.
2. Commitment to Equity, Anti-Racism, and Inclusion
Radicle Earth is an LGBTQ+-founded business rooted in justice, liberation, and ecological integrity. We actively affirm and protect the rights, dignity, and safety of all people, especially those from historically marginalized communities.
We acknowledge the existence of systemic racism, colonialism, imperialism, and oppression, and we are committed to dismantling these systems through our policies, practices, partnerships, and pedagogy. Our work is intentional within its efforts to dismantle these systems, and we engage in continual education and reflection to stay accountable to this commitment.
Radicle Earth does not tolerate hate, discrimination, or bigotry in any form, including racism, anti-LBGTQ+ sentiment, xenophobia, ableism, or misogyny. We reserve the right to terminate any service, workshop participation, or contractual relationship at our discretion if these values are violated. No refunds will be issued in such cases.
We do not discriminate based on: race, color, religion, creed, gender, gender identity or expression, age, national origin, ancestry, disability, marital status, sexual orientation, or military status in any of our activities or operations, including coaching, consulting, facilitation, hiring, and service delivery.
3. Individual Consulting Disclaimer
Our one-on-one consulting services are designed to support individuals in deepening their self-awareness, resilience, and alignment with purpose. However, these sessions are not therapy and are not intended to diagnose or treat any mental health condition.
Clients are responsible for:
Seeking appropriate therapeutic or clinical support when needed.
Making their own decisions based on the insights and tools offered.
Recognizing that our consulting is educational and exploratory in nature.
4. Organizational Consulting Disclaimer
Radicle Earth partners with organizations to foster systemic transformation, ecological alignment, and culture shift. Our role is consultative and facilitative, not managerial or legal.
We do not guarantee specific business outcomes, cultural outcomes, or compliance results. Implementation remains the full responsibility of the organization’s leadership.
As part of our commitment to anti-racist, inclusive practice, we will decline or discontinue work with any organization that exhibits patterns of harm, oppression, or discrimination that remain unaddressed despite clear feedback.
5. Workshop Facilitation Disclaimer
Workshops facilitated by Radicle Earth are interactive learning environments. These are not certification programs or licensed trainings, and participation does not confer credentialing to teach or replicate our frameworks.

We believe that all participants deserve the opportunity to express their perspectives and engage in honest, thoughtful dialogue, even when there is discomfort. However, participation must be grounded in our core values of mutual respect, anti-oppression, and a commitment to inclusion.
Disruptive or harmful behavior, including racism, transphobia, or other forms of discrimination, will not be tolerated. If a participant, including an individual from the host organization, refuses to adjust their behavior in alignment with these values, the organization will be required to remove the individual from the session.
If the organization fails to remove a participant who is causing harm or refuses to engage in alignment with stated values, Radicle Earth reserves the right to terminate the workshop immediately without a refund. We will not allow one individual to compromise the integrity or safety of the entire group.
6. Data & Privacy Notice
We collect only the information necessary to deliver our services and maintain communication. Personal data is stored securely and never shared or sold. We ask that you do not submit sensitive medical, legal, or financial information unless explicitly requested and protected by a secure process.
